Robert was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. As a child, he helped with the family’s Commercial Real Estate portfolio, gaining hands-on experience with various projects. These early experiences helped him develop strong integrity and an exceptional work ethic, which propelled him into a successful career in the Grocery Retail industry, where he refined additional skills essential to his success.
In the Grocery industry, Robert has managed over $100 million in annual revenue, led both short- and long-term strategies, and owned communication processes for over 150 business partners. He has been directly accountable for P&L results and has created and implemented business processes across two regions and 25 individual store locations, ensuring consistent execution and measurable outcomes.
Robert is passionate about helping others grow at the intersection of personal development, business growth, and investments. Through the ‘From a Buyer’s Perspective’ newsletter and the expanding Astra CPG
community, he equips sales professionals with the tools to build stronger partnerships and create lasting success.
Robert’s extensive experience, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement make him a valuable asset to Stumptown Capital and the investors alike. Robert is born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. As a child, he would assist with the family Commercial Real Estate portfolio and be hands on with projects. Developing strong integrity and incredible work ethic in his younger years led Robert into a successful career in the Grocery Retail space, where he further developed many more skills that set him up for success in any project.
While building his reputation in the Grocery Industry, Robert managed over 80MM in annual revenue, partnered on both short and long-term strategies, owned communication processes for over 150 business partners, and had ownership over his results on the P&L. He has also created and implemented many business processes across 24 individual store locations with consistent execution.
Robert saw the opportunity to utilize these skills and many more as he transitioned into Multifamily investments.
